By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Being a sad old fart & way past my sell by date I had a few queries when I joined. Replies were very quick and the staff friendly and efficient, nothing too much trouble which is not always the case with many companies. This company gives the best customer service I have ever come across. You actually get to speak to a specific person in the UK!
