By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

At last, a car insurance package that takes into account just how little we use the car these days. My insurance has been creeping(?) up by £50 to £100 each year for quite a while now and I relished the chance to get the figures down again. It was easy to join up, easy to install the tracker and I'm having great fun following my journeys and checking miles. It's not often that you can say your insurance is fun! Superb insurance at a great price

By Miles is the best insurance I’ve had by miles. As a low mileage driver paying for the miles you actually drive is a fair system and saving me a lot of money compared to traditional insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend By Miles. I am a very satisfied customer who does not feel ripped off compared to traditional car insurance. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Easy small gadget to plug into car, easy to sign up on line, friendly and quick answers to any queries and best of all, the cheapest motoring I've ever done. Well done.
