By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Insurance that makes me smile!

I could not recommend By Miles enough. What a refreshing concept that even makes me smile to track how I spend my money to insure my car! The customer support is always second to none whenever I have needed to contact. I'm sure they have a customer for life (or for as long as I retain low annual mileage!) Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Expat Insurance with no hassle

I had issues with the UK insurance industry refusing me cover because I work overseas, I have my sole residence in the UK, my wages go into my UK bank and I have a UK mortgage, and yet I couldn't get insurance, the only insurance offered was heavily loaded, then I came across By Miles who after some careful consideration accepted me as a customer Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Only pay for the service you actually use

I’m very please with pay by miles and the fact that if I’m not using the car I’m not paying for the insurance aside from the parked car fee of course. I have not made any claims yet thankfully so I can’t comment on how they rate on that part of the service l, but so far I’m very pleased. The app and tracker device work amazingly and all so easy to set up and use. Overall I’m very pleased. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

The best solution for insurance for city commuters

If you work in the city of London, chances are you take the train into work, 5 days a week. Why pay for an extortionate insurance policy when you hardly drive. I only drive on the weekends, if that. By Miles has saved me SO MUCH MONEY! Spent the rest on a holiday! Reviewed on: 1st August 2019
