By Miles is an excellent company with a fantastic idea if only charging for the miles that you use and is much cheaper than traditional car insurance. The free miles last ages and the fact that the milage is capped for longer journeys is a great idea and very fair for the customer. I'm a very happy by miles user. Great from start to finish!

I have been very impressed with the concept of paying car insurance a different way and for the easy app and incentives. As I was referred by a friend got a £50 credit which still using. So far can't fault them. Well done and good luck with the voting. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Excellent Service

By Miles is a breath of fresh air! A great way of getting fully comp insurance cover at a better cost by only pay a 1 off parking up fee and the pay only for the miles you use after that. The App is great and very user friendly with everything you need to know, such as how many miles you've done for that month, speed and journey route taken etc also has all policy info any free miles you have and customer service numbers etc.. Car Insurance without the Pain

I simply dreaded having to renew my car insurance each year! I would take hours checking the rates, filling in forms on sites that often crashed, etc. and the whole experience was a nightmare! However, that now seems to be a thing of the past as I couldn't believe it when I found By Miles. It operates from a totally different concept and one I can actually understand. Fitting the tracker was easy-peazy and I can check my journeys and pay for what I use each month. It is almost as if I am in charge! I am so pleased I have already emailed all my friends and family so when they have to renew they too can have a painless experience. The insurance itself was all set up in a matter of days with prompt friendly email responses and hopefully I will be with them for some time to come. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019
