By Miles customer support is amazing, their advisors are very friendly and give the best advice, even if it means not having your custom. By Miles policies are the best I've come across in 21 years of driving. It covers you when you for when you're actually on the road rather than massive up front fee. To me, it's a more honest approach to car insurance. That and the app tools such as tracking your car while your away, diagnostics etc really give piece of mind if you leave your car at home while your away. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Quick and easy to manage

This insurance is perfect for me, since I only use the car evenings and weekends I used to pay a very high premium for the car to stand in the garage most of the times, I now feel I am getting my money worth, their response when queried anything has been really fast and friendly, I would recommend, actually I have already on many occasions ... Fantastic way to buy insurance

I really value choosing Buymiles for my insurance, it has cut my costs by sixty percent since moving from Tesco Bank. Only paying for the miles I use and the one off amount to insure my car has made it easier to budget month on month and also makes me more aware of unnessecary usage which helps the environment too. Every year I dread renewing my car insurance. I normally start looking for cheaper insurance a month or so before my old policy expires so that I have time to decide what am I getting, what my excesses are, what are cheaper alternatives and also before my auto renewal deadline takes effect..... at a very increased price. Searching for insurance on the comparison web sites was time consuming and frustrating because I found that prices fluctuated daily to the more expensive side. I don't drive thousands of miles a year but love my car and that was when I found By Miles car insurance. How cool is that, I thought. I read all the reviews and found good reports, I liked the price, quickly calculated my estimated milage per year and what that would cost me at 4p a mile. Savings immediately from all the other insurance quotes I'd been given. I applied and purchased, then within a couple of days my ODB 11 adapter arrived, was fitted in seconds and connected to the App within minutes. I can see at glance now what my mileage has been and how much it will cost that month, how my car is fairing should any faults occur and even where my car is, should it be stolen. I amongst the many "By Miles" members, would recommend this innovative car insurance. The less you drive, the less you pay. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019
