By Miles are really disrupting the market with their pay-as-you-go style insurance approach. This is what lots of not too active motorists have been waiting for - why pay more? Hope they launch very soon to try them out. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017

I have used the service day 1 of trails and the team are very supportive, and respond fast, they took my feedback and acted on it. App works really well and stable not had an issue installed it on many devices tablets, mobiles etc.. I think the pricing is reasonable and perfect for people who drive little miles. Customer service was great, replies to queries received very quickly. App was very easy to use and pay per mile insurance is a great idea for people like me who pay high insurance costs but don't do many miles most of the time. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017
