By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Best idea, safest bet

I'm waiting for this company and the people behind it for over a year, I really hope it delivers what it promised. I have no doubt that it would revolutionise the whole insurance system. I can't say to much without trying it first. But the fact that they started this... I wish them all the luck, and always follow your heart in all decisions from now on. Best of luck. Support and team are awesome

I have used the service day 1 of trails and the team are very supportive, and respond fast, they took my feedback and acted on it. App works really well and stable not had an issue installed it on many devices tablets, mobiles etc.. I think the pricing is reasonable and perfect for people who drive little miles. Customer service was great, replies to queries received very quickly. App was very easy to use and pay per mile insurance is a great idea for people like me who pay high insurance costs but don't do many miles most of the time. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017
