Switching to ByMiles was the best decision I made

I was previously with a different insurer, who I had been with for years! Mind you I never got appreciated as a loyal customer and fees would remain the same every year. After 7 years, 7 NCB, I decided to look elsewhere, and came across ByMiles! It was perfect as it was cheaper(significantly) easy to switch to, easy customer service and I’ve not looked back since! All round Company!

Not only do by miles have a fair way of charging for car insurance, their quote also came out as the cheapest by far even without potential refund benefits if i do not meet my predicted miles. You would then expect poor service, but i have only experienced great customer service when needed (multilpe times), short waiting times on calls and immediate responses over the mobile app (another huge plus). The app is reasy simple to use and gives clear directions on how to use and install their services. Great all round company and really happy with my choice of insurer. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
