It is a good company, the way it offers its insurance services for cars is very innovative and fair payment is made for the service it offers, I think it is the right thing to do and the most positive thing there is in the sale of insurance for those of us who do low mileage Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

A fair deal!

It just seems like a no-brainer that you only pay for the miles you drive. So unless you're doing over 1000 miles per month then in my estimation this car insurance is the one to choose. Don't pay more than you need to for car insurance

I have very low mileage but was paying the same as my son who uses his car every day. By Miles has halved my premium. I also like to see the cost per journey. I have told all my friends whose car usage is very low to switch to By Miles. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Good price, good customer service

I've been really impressed with the competitive pricing that ByMiles have offered me, and how much I'm on track to save this year on my car insurance, over last years price! I'm also really happy with the customer service I've received. As it is a pay by mile insurance and I have a miles tracker in my car, when I had a fall and was unable to drive for a couple of weeks I reached out to let the company know in case my tracker lost connection due to the car not being moved.
