By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Best car insurance I've had

Last insurer increased insurance by £60 even though I did less miles and had retired, bymiles reduced my costs considerably and getting started was so easy over the phone then when tracker arrived plugged it in and that was it, so easy Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Fantastic, customer centric insurance!

Really fantastic service! Support is incredibly accessible and easy to contact, through multiple mediums with no wait times at all. The tracker is easy to install and the app is excellent for tracking your mileage as well as even seeing the health of your car! The cost is great, very good value for money, aside from the reasonable parking cost, you pay for what you use, in an incredibly flexible way, easing the cost of living crisis. This is the most transparent and fair insurers I have come across, as I'm only paying for what I use. I can see exactly what I'm spending each day, via their handy app, and it has saved me so much money. I also love that they cap the cost per day at a very reasonable limit.
