Since joining by miles I have drastically cut the amount of money I was paying for my car insurance by only paying for the miles I drive. The staff are friendly and prompt to my requests resolving any issues immediately. I can't recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

A sensible way to pay for car insurance

Acquiring an insurance quote with "By Miles" has proven to be both efficient and by far the cheapest. I have no idea if the standard is maintained if and when one makes a claim - I haven't needed to!! I hope I never have to!! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Great unique concept

Great unique concept to charge by the miles. Since the pandemic there is more emphasis on working from home so less commute and less miles. Why pay more for insurance if you don't do the mileage! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Definitely recommended and happy with choice.

Very clear on conditions. App is working perfectly so you can easily see how much you spent and where you have been. This is still 50% cheaper than any other insurance. Iv been with this company a few years now and by far out weighs other insurance companies u only pay for wat u drive and even works out better and cheaper even if u do more than 10 thousand miles as its capped at 10,000 miles and would still work out cheaper than other insurance companies Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Great service; even better value for money

Depending on the type of driving people do By Miles is an excellent option - their customer service is first rate - responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. And the best thing for me…? Best car insurance I've ever had

I have been with many car insurance companies before and By miles is by far the best! I have always received a great service when I've spoken to the team, the miles tracker is very helpful and you can even use it to check the health of your vehicle.
