As an individual who only uses their car a few times a week By Miles makes sense. I only pay for what mileage I drive. The Website is easy and simple to use, customer service is helpful and easy to contact. When installing the device its simple and easy, links to the app with no issues and customer service can always help if there is. The app shows a log of past journeys, distance cost. Easy to set up and cost effective

Usually car insurance is so boring but with Bymiles I can check my journey history, check my car for faults and when travelling I only pay for what I use. It’s so easy! It was especially helpful in preventing my mechanic from attempting to park my car offsite on a road that’s known to have a lot of break ins. I managed to use ByMiles to track my car and asked them to move it back to site or on a safer road. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
