Finally - a budget friendly and fair insurance!

I took out a policy with By Miles a couple of years ago as I'm not a huge driver and only use my car once of twice a week. I was astonished at how much cheaper my car insurance instantly became because unlike other insurers, I'm only charged a fair price for the miles I actually drive. I decided I'd stick with them for life when my renewal came through and for once in my life it was cheaper! So many times you get an insurance renewal and the price has magically jumped up but not with By Miles. I'd recommend them to anyone, and in fact my brother has just joined and we both got free miles out of it! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Great insurance provider

By miles have been very clear in terms of accurate pricing, changes to policy were efficiently, breakdown of policy is given very clearly for a new customer compared to pages and pages from other providers. I have benefited quite alot through their simplicity and very good app. Communication is really good through their customer support team and I was able to resolve many things straight away.
