Pricing…the best. Customer service excellent. I would; and already have recommend By Miles to friends and family. I have not yet had cause to make a claim from them so can’t comment on that aspect which for me would be the ultimate test…hence the so far so good. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Much more modern and budget-friendly car insurer

I don't use my car for commuting and felt penalised by other car insurance companies for not usuing my car yet still having to pay their extortionate prices. It's about time we had a more modern car insurer like By Miles allowing us to pay on a per mile basis. Their app is brilliant too, letting you track your journeys and even check your car's engine for error codes. I just wish I'd found them sooner. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
