By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Just the best.

Only had insurance with by/miles for 3 years but it has been a revelation. Able to cost long journey and decide whether to drive or not. Also partially paying monthly does help. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Novel idea but...

I like the low upfront costs and low monthly fixed payment, but in my experience this format only works for people who use the car least and limit trips locally. If you start making longer trips, over the course of the year this type of insurance becomes very expensive. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Other companies charge you for driving your car and having your car parked ...this one doesn't .. you only pay for the mileage..... I've saved so much money over the years!!! Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Terrific Value, Great App, Great Service

I only drive around 1,000 miles a year. By Miles gives me a great product at a cost way below what I can and have bought previously. I get new quotes from the market before every renewal but By Miles is always lower cost but with similar features. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022
