Truly Exceptional Cover and Service

I've just entered my 3rd year of coverage with By Miles and I'm thoroughly impressed. My costs have gone down year on year, they're clear and concise communicators, and generally excellent service. Amazing service, amazing price, amazing customer service

Works perfectly

Everything works so well with By Miles, and the tone of their communications is so friendly and helpful that I even sometimes read their newsletter - which is saying something given the amount of newsletters I receive from other companies that go straight in the bin! Car insurance for the app-generation

Simple, easy, information I need to know, when and how I need it - all on the app. I've contacted customer support on a couple of occasions and response has been swift. I have highlighted the increased cost per mile on renewal was against the trend with returning insurance customers, however the rationale was linked to the underwriters, overall still cheaper compared to others for me.
