Works perfectly

Everything works so well with By Miles, and the tone of their communications is so friendly and helpful that I even sometimes read their newsletter - which is saying something given the amount of newsletters I receive from other companies that go straight in the bin! Car insurance for the app-generation

Simple, easy, information I need to know, when and how I need it - all on the app. I've contacted customer support on a couple of occasions and response has been swift. I have highlighted the increased cost per mile on renewal was against the trend with returning insurance customers, however the rationale was linked to the underwriters, overall still cheaper compared to others for me. Perfect concept for the people who don't drive on regular basis.

This is perfect concept "Pay by Mile' for people like me who don't drive on a regular basis. Many thanks to By Mile to bring this product into the real market to help people to use pay as you go concept. The best part of by mile is they don't increase there price at renewal, instead it will always be a low every year when your renewal comes. When I joined initially thinking I would come out from By mile at end of one year but when renewal quote came, it was much lesser than what I paid on my first year. All I can say is BY MILES is Brilliant, Intelligent, very useful to end user. Would highly recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022
