By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Best car insurance ever

I don't drive massive amounts each week and so this insurance suits me down to the ground. I only pay for how much I choose to drive. My bills are much lower and I have incentivised myself to drive less of the time on trips I could do easily on foot. Better for me and for the environment. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

One of those ideas you wonder how it took so long to set in place. This is a straightforward idea, insurance based on mileage usage. I was slightly apprehensive at the prospect of attaching the monitor, but on came the little light and job done. I updated on mileage and costs each month and while my husband spends hours on hold to his insurers, this is simple and really cost effective, which at times like these is one less thing to worry about. ‘Too good to be true’ was bandied about but over a year in, I am still a happy customer. Best car insurance to be with

I think it’s great as you are paying for when you drive so if you don’t drive your car your not paying. Also the bymiles app is so easy to use plus you can have a live chat to help with any queries you may have . It’s the cheapest insurance around . Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Four years and counting...

This company is perfect for me as I'm relatively low mileage. I was so fed up of paying through the roof. My insurance was going up and up annually to the point where it just wasn't worth it. I happened to come across By Miles in 2018 and I'm very glad I did.. A tailored one-off payment for the year (which decreases annually) then literally pay per month the EXACT amount of miles I drive. That's it. Oh, and I got a price per mile discount after the first year too.. I have had to call them only once (for a change of details) and they were swift to sort that for me. Reversing the power

I just love the pricing concept that ByMiles offer. By pricing monthly fees based on the amount of miles driven that month, ByMiles are handing the control back to the customer.. If I drive less one month, if I am on holiday or working from home more than usual, I see & gain a saving back into my pocket. It makes you feel in control. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Iv been with by miles coming up 2 years now, I absolutely love By Miles insurance for the low cost but excellent customer service, no waiting on hold forever, they are very helpful and definitely worth the money to be with.
