Where have you been all my driving life?!

My discovery of By Miles is saving me a small fortune every year. As a low mileage driver, it rewards me for trying to drive less and not pollute the environment. Thanks. I have found the customer service to be excellent. Having access to a car health check in the By Miles app meant I could confirm my garage’s diagnosis of an engine fault for free. Competitive and fair to existing customers

Best car insurance Company I've been with. Love the App which keeps me totally updated on all journeys made. Has even got me out of a parking fine, because I took a screenshot of all my journeys that day! One thing that has really annoyed me throughout all my years of driving is the overinflated yearly renewal price quoted by insurance Companies. You get on the phone, quote the cheaper prices available then they try to match it because there's a person at the end of the line. Waste of time. ByMiles actually reduced my insurance last time out. And guess what? I didn't have to do anything. It was the dreaded yearly quote. No phone call needed. Well done to everyone at ByMiles, keep up the great work. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Just brilliant insurance

Having bought a cycle which I now use most days instead of the car. I can now keep my insurance costs to a manageable price given the recent price rises for most things. I can control the amount spent and not have to worry about finding a large sum every year. By miles is a great way to save money if you Don't drive very much. The dongle in my car is useful too allowing me to keep an eye on its location and its condition with the scanning function. I have mentioned this insurance to lots of friends and family and if I was in a 2 car family situation I would definitely get one car on this insurance especially if one of them doesn't get use much. It was so easy to contact the company online and the app works great giving you upto date information about distance travelled. Very good for tracking work mileage claims when I do take it and use it for business. More insurance companies should really offer good deals such as this for low usage drivers.
