car insurance that makes sense

By Miles is a great insurance company. Easy to sign up and make changes when needed. The pay by mile is perfect for drivers that don’t need to commute daily, regardless of how far the journey is when they do drive. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Everybody needs this

Most insurers charged me about £600 for the year even with 9 years no claims, by miles charge me £160 very affordable for people who can't sum out £600 or pay extra for monthly payment of £70 plus £200 up front, and all I pay is 1-2p a mile max 15 a month £20 if I go mad n drive a lot more. Great policy, great price, great people. Pay for what you use.

I moved over to ByMiles during the pandemic as my renewal come in at £600 but I was hardly using the car. ByMiles quoted me £200 including breakdown and I only paid for the miles I used. Saved myself hundreds. I've not needed to claim...Touch Wood! But when I have enquired about policy changes, they are quick to respond, always friendly and competent in their advice.
