By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Pay for what you drive. Pay monthly. The app provides everything you need to manage insurance affordably. Monthly statements, breakdowns of journeys travelled and costs, plan journeys, locate your vehicle all in app. The customer service is easily and quickly accessed via the chat function. I cannot speak from an accessibility perspective in terms of app functionality, or contacting outside of the app, but it's stress free, transparent and friendly insurers. Love it.
