A better way to insure your car by paying more (or less) as you drive more (or less).

The whole experience is satisfactory: from client service personnel, to a contented feeling that I pay towards my time behind the wheel, rather than everyone's. I also walk more, to PO, shops, park to both exercise more and use the car less frequently. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Perfect for the hybrid workers

I have been working from home for the past 3 years, when I took the job, I was hoping there would be a better way of insuring my car now that I wouldn't be driving as much and I was delighted to find By Miles. Their price point is perfect for me and the per mile cost has been really reasonable year on year. They've also been really fair with their renewal price each year, which I love. Overall, By Miles has offered great service, whilst giving me piece of mind that I have a cost effective option that works with my lifestyle. Can't fault them. A great insurance concept

I don’t normally get excited about car insurance but By Miles is so refreshing if you are a low mileage driver. It simply makes sense and the team are there, helpful and real. Thus far, can't fault them.

I've not had to claim so I can't speak to that side of things, however I can review the competitive price and the customer service in regards to setting up/installing the tracker device which I had some trouble with but the chat service on the app helped massively to ease my mind and help resolve the issue. I'm not mystic Meg BUT

I realised that covid lockdowns would restrict my driving somewhat. Little did I realise when signing up with By Miles just how few miles I would end up driving. The decision to do so saved me a pile of cash. This year I stuck with By Miles and I'm so pleased I did. Both my wife and I have experienced unforeseen health issues which have limited the amount of driving I have been able to do. Hoping our health will improve and that we will be able to undertake a few longer trips later this year but, even if these come to fruition, in our circumstances, I doubt any other provider would have been able to match the premium paid to By Miles. Perfect for the city driver

I was looking for a policy that kept monthly cost low and was more aligned to a city driver that mostly does low mileage. By Miles has been great. Easy to use, great app and customer service on the one time I had to call. Even when occasional longer trips are taken it still works out good value compared to standard companies.
