So Simple - So Reasonable- Super Service !

Don’t know why I was so unsure about initially joining Miles Car Insurance. Saved so much money and the service provided was easy and clear to understand. I am in my 2nd Policy and it definitely won’t be my last. Friendly & professional staff. Can’t fault it and have used many other companies in the past. So efficient and always given best customer service

Effortless saving

Simply having your totals calculated, pushed to you via the app (which is very reliable), and then saving money without thinking about it has been super welcome given the past few years' uncertainty! Even when it came to renewal and/or making alterations to policies, ByMiles online chat is very effective at getting what you need doing, done, and with no fuss. Puts others to shame! Simple and to the Point!

I would never use another insurer for as long as I drive! By Miles is the most easiest and cost effective insurance company I have ever used and everything about this company is easy to use. Pleasant and helpful online chat advisors, simple to use app and an idiot proof webpage - what more would you want from an insurance company? If you are looking for a fair and reasonably priced insurance company, By Miles is definitely the one! Don't be put off by the tracker device, its what makes your insurance as cheap as it can be as you literally pay for how far you drive, no guessing or having to worry about going over your yearly estimate. Great Value, Pay as you Drive

We have renewed our policy again this year as the insurance offers fantastic value for money for us. We don’t do a lot of miles therefore paying for every mike makes so much sense. Affordable car insurance

I have now been insured with “By Miles” for the second year running.. They are by far, THE most affordable car insurance provider for me, taking into consideration my age (30), car type (BMW 1 series), driver experience, location etc, and I am mainly charged “by the mile” that I drive. The tracker fitted in my car measures the distance that I drive very accurately, and they are reasonable when this needs to be removed during times I have to get work done on my car. I have had zero issues with them and would definitely use them again - I’ve saved hundreds if not thousands over the past 2 years, and I am reassured as they are partnered with Zurich, a very reputable insurer. I was worried that the rates might go up from my first to second year, however I was extremely pleased to find that my insurance rates actually went down, saving even further money! I am very conscious to drive safely as I need my car for work, and I count myself very fortunate to have been introduced to By Miles by a family member of a similar age. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022
