My monthly statement makes me smile!

My annual insurance cost is way under half what it was before switchingto By Miles. With fuel costs making you consider every mile, it makes even more sense to choose an insurance method by which you directly benefit from such consideration. Best for value and Customer service level is top notch!

When lockdown hit I realised I was spending a fortune on insurance even though I wasn't able to go anywhere in my car. I looked at lots of different insurers and came across by Miles. It made sense that as I wasn't driving much that I should aim for an insurance that charged by the mile. It saved me a fortune. I now work from home full time so I decided to renew the insurance in the hope it would continue to save me money. When renewing I got a cheaper price per mile which made me feel valued as a customer. I do drive daily to different places so I can get my shopping, take my toddler out etc but it never works out more a month than your average pay monthly insurances. When we have been on extremely long journeys the miles are capped at £10 a day which means you don't have to worry about travelling to far on the miles. This makes a huge difference when travelling on hidalgo or trips to the zoo. I have had queries regarding different things during my time with bymiles and everytime the customer services have been amazing. They are friendly, polite and will do anything in their power to help. There is an app that you can download to track your miles, this has features on it that mean you can scan your car for any error codes, you can see exactly how much your insurance is at any time during the month and you can even put a destination in to check how much it would cost in miles and fuel before commencing on your journey. The app also includes all of your policy details and your previous bills. It is a very well thought out application is easy to use. I can not recommend this company more! Amazing all round. Great App Features
