By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Most Fair Car Insurance Policy

Good if you do not drive a lot

Great product for low mileage drivers

It was very easy to arrange the policy and install the tracker. Journey information and cost is readily available using the app or by logging on to your account. I expect to save approximately £50 on my vehicle insurance this year. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Easy, competitive insurance

I wanted a competitive insurance to my car, as I only do low mileage due to having work vehicle at work. By miles is even better by having a pay as you go policy, so if car doesn't move you don't pay, and if it does you do, with detailed billing each month for journeyed, and the app shows all journeys completed which is also easy to use.
