By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

A refreshing new approach to car insurance

I like being able to save money based on having low mileage without having to guess exactly what my mileage will be for the year in advance. I also like how By Miles cuts through jargon and the customer service team have been very helpful! The app also warns me when my car battery is low, which is very handy! Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

I've been with By Miles for the last two years and I can honestly say I have no complaints whatsoever. Whenever I've needed them, the By Miles team have always been efficient, helpful and friendly. After being in a RTA last year, By Miles handled my claim with speed and efficiency; any queries I had were responded to in a timely, professional manner and with a lot of care. I have found this car insurance to be the cheapest by far, even for the second year running. My premium didn't go up when I renewed, which is what so often happens with other insurance companies, and which is why I have stayed with By Miles. Just to add, I also love the mobile app. It's easy to use and all my information is readily available with just a few clicks of a button. I can see how many journeys I've made, how much each one cost and my total cost for the month...so useful and so handy! They even offer £50 free miles credit if you refer your friends. I mean, seriously, you'd be silly to go anywhere else :) Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
