Affordable and staff always there for me

Brilliantly innovative insurance concept!

Best car insurance concept to date

I have not had to make a claim, however as far as cost, mileage calculation, real time information on the app, and collecting payments by DD so far, this is the best insurance policy I have had so far. Best kept secret

By Miles has to be the insurance world’s best kept secret. I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t want to use it - not only are prices great (especially in a Covid-restricted world), but the quality of the app, customer service etc are excellent. Modern, flexible car insurance

ByMiles has been my motor insurance for about three years. I like the fact that they are "small enough to care". Enquiries are handled by their team in Oxfordshire, very friendly and efficient they are, too. Good value for money! I only pay in the region of £300 per year for a yearly mileage of about 3000 miles. I spend several months driving abroad every year, and By Miles has no problem with that.
