By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Modern, flexible car insurance

ByMiles has been my motor insurance for about three years. I like the fact that they are "small enough to care". Enquiries are handled by their team in Oxfordshire, very friendly and efficient they are, too. Good value for money! I only pay in the region of £300 per year for a yearly mileage of about 3000 miles. I spend several months driving abroad every year, and By Miles has no problem with that. Life saver

Irecently bought a new car and all the other insurers were quoting me very extortionate prices. When my sister recommended By Miles to me I thought il give it a try and honestly speaking this insurer turned out to be a life saver. This insurer was easy to deal with and they have their customers in full control. My new car purchase was pending on reasonable insurance quotes, had I not found out about By Miles Car Insurance, I would not have been able to go ahead with my car purchase. They are the best.
