Easy and affordable

Best insurer EVER!

In all my 58 years of driving I have never found such a fair and efficient insurer. The app is outstanding, the speed of reply to questions I have asked is incredible, the knowledge and charm of those working for the company amazing and to be charged by the miles one drives is so very fair. Every single journey I do is documented and clearly displayed on the app including how much I will have to pay at the end of the month. All fantastically easy to set up. I will for sure be very upset when I become too old to be with By Miles. Would highly recommend....and already have!! Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

A very different kind of insurance for a very different World

Having been with By Miles for nearly a year now, I am on track to save £420 compared with my previous well known insurer, who I had been with for 9 years. Customer service is second to none . They also appear to be genuinely interested in customer feedback. Lastly their car medic feature on their app alerted me to a problem with my car’s turbo, which meant I resolved the problem very quickly (30 minutes) and very economically. Fantastic!
