By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

By Miles is great. Not only do I save money, but I receive up to date notifications re milages and costs, I can track my car and also check my cars board computer for any issues using my phone. Have recommended to all my family and friends! Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

ByMiles car insurance is ideal for the young driver. There is no fuss, no fine print, and no extra hidden costs. Their customer service is absolutely excellent: super responsive and efficient. Superbly convenient tracking insurance

An easy application process enabled the acquisition of a remarkably convenient car insurance. The OBD was easily fitted and provides security of vehicle location. The app is clear and precise way of monitoring mileage and journeys providing an accruing record of activity. This is the best insurance product to become available for many years. brilliant value for money

brilliant for me as low mileage user after initial payment of £249, which includes RAC cover for 12 months my first monthly mileage bill was £2.32!!!!! Wow what value for money my friend recommended me and it was the best advice I've had. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Insurance for people that only want to pay for what they use

I moved house and found that many insurers would not touch my car at my address. The ones that did were demanding 3 times as much as I was previously paying. ByMiles however break down the insurance in a fair way, upfront you pay for the parked price and then you pay per mile for what you use monthly. In theory I could pay less than my previous policy, depending on how much I drive. There is daily capping, so long drives don’t end up costing you more as well. Really impressed with their app and the updates provided on what I will pay at month end. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
