I recently had problems accessing my account ( entirely my fault)William spent an inordinate amount of time with me to solve the problem.l kept pressing wrong numbers he was not at all fazed and just kept talking me through it till it was sorted.In my defence I’m 82 .Nonetheless William was a star .My interactions with other staff equally helpful. Great Service
