Keep calm and be efficient!

I have always dealt with a customer service representatives that have never been flustered. They simply get on with the job, sort out any problems or questions that are given to them. And they don't keep you hanging around on the phone for long periods! I have always had a great service!! P.S. Contanental touring

I have been using the Caravan club/Caravan and Motorhome Club holiday insurance for many years and found them very helpful when things go wrong. Instance. When in Spain and my water pump stopped working I rang the Club and explained that it was an emergence as the pump was not on sale in Spain. I had a new pump delivered to my caravan within 24 hours. AN EXCELLENT INSURANCE PROVIDER

Always a friendly helpful voice at the end of the phone!
