My claim was dealt with easily from start to completion. Diring the initial contact the advisor was concise and very knowledgeable. The assessor visit was organised quickly and the work was carried out professionally. Then as an added bonus the insurance premium didn't rise very much. I'm a very satisfied customer! Fantastic service all round

One phone call was all it took for the caravan to be insured. As our 'van is quite elderly, some companies were reluctant to insure it but not the Caravan Club. They were happy to insure it and we couldnt be more happy with the premium. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Any claim has always gone smoothly for a raise rate.

Always had good experience when we've called to review the insurance each year and very good price well recommended and the no claims bonus really helps keep the price down.
