Peace of mind

I have been insured with the caravan club for my caravan for some 45 years and have always found their service to be first class. excellent in every way

joining the club is the best thing I could possibly have done. I have excellent and competitive caravan insurance with them along with first class breakdown cover in the name of mayday which gives far better service than any of the rivals. All of this before you mention the first class site facilities with some of the best site wardens ever found. Fantastic service from a fantastic club

We were unfortunate to have a collision with a tractor !!!! Not our fault I might add and the Caravan Club claims service was absolutely first class. As an ex-insurance broker I am well aware that there are good and bad insurance companies and I can say in all honesty that Caravan Club offer the best claims service I have ever witnessed. My claim was dealt with easily from start to completion. Diring the initial contact the advisor was concise and very knowledgeable. The assessor visit was organised quickly and the work was carried out professionally. Then as an added bonus the insurance premium didn't rise very much. I'm a very satisfied customer! Fantastic service all round

One phone call was all it took for the caravan to be insured. As our 'van is quite elderly, some companies were reluctant to insure it but not the Caravan Club. They were happy to insure it and we couldnt be more happy with the premium. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017
