Great Cover at competitive price

Speedy resolution of claims

Two incidents which resulted in claims being made. The first, approx. 15 years ago, involved the caravan becoming detached from the tow bar of the car. Fortunately, there were no other vehicles around, but some damage was sustained by the front end of the van. The second incident took place when there was an attempted break-in of the van at the storage site, causing damage to the door and frame, some four years ago. Both claims were dealt with very speedily and professionally, for which I was very grateful. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2017

To be honest we have never made a claim on our insurance so cannot give an opinion but on the times I have rang up I have received expert advice on which policy is best for my van, often with a cost saving to me. Friendly Service

when we got a new caravan I rang to get it insured the girl on the phone was helpful chatty and made me feel she had my best interests at heart. When I sent an update to the policy it was done promptly and they even remembered our conversation about where I was going on holiday and wished me a good one. Brilliant service!
