Friendly Service

when we got a new caravan I rang to get it insured the girl on the phone was helpful chatty and made me feel she had my best interests at heart. When I sent an update to the policy it was done promptly and they even remembered our conversation about where I was going on holiday and wished me a good one. Brilliant service! Fab Customer Service

Not had to make a claim, but can't fault the customer service - polite, friendly, clear concise making sure that every thing I needed insuring was covered. Lovely approachable staff not pushy who worked towards the best product for me. Reviewed on: 30th August 2017

It is was it says it is and no frills

Excellent, no hassle, no changes, no hidden agenda, no hidden costs and monthly payments as well. I have always used PMAS or National Farmers Union for all of my others insurance needs not on the Caravan though Reviewed on: 30th August 2017

Suitable cover provided each year, but seems a little expensive particularly for my ageing caravan. Reviewed on: 29th August 2017

Brilliant service

We had to make several changes to our policy due to inadequate caravan salesman . The changes were quickly dealt with and unbelievably no charges were made . Fantastic prices and excellent call centre staff. We intend to get future quotes when our car , home and pet insurance are up for renewal. Well done Everyone. Reviewed on: 29th August 2017
