Insurance Claim Experience

Unfortunately on returning from a few days away, when parking the caravan I noticed that the roof light had disappeared! On speaking to your representative he said he would send a form for me to fill in to claim but in the meantime to book the caravan in for repair. Everything went very smoothly with the claim and I could not fault the service. Reviewed on: 29th August 2017

Simply the best caravan insurance on the market

Staff are very knowledgeable and can talk you through the very best cover for all your needs, when my late fathers caravan insurance and club membership lapsed by mistake, they were more than happy for me to insure the caravan through my own membership, and couldn't do more to be so helpful at a very stressful time of our lives, as mother also has advanced dementia, so we were all unaware that the insurance had lapsed. i am always confident that my caravan is covered when I take out Insurance cover with The Caravan and Motorhome Club. They are truly dedicated to specific Caravan Insurance requirements and I feel safe in their hands so to speak. I have always found that all of the sites we have visited over the forty odd years we have been caravaning the Wardens have been friendly and helpful. The sites have always been clean and tidy, the Toilets blocks where applicable have been clean and a pleasure to use. Reviewed on: 29th August 2017

Easy to speak to.

It's good to ring up and find someone very knowledgeable at the other end of the phone. We've always been more than satisfied with the service we have received and on the one occasion we needed to make a claim, it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
