Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service staff

I obtained a number of quotes when I recently changed my caravan. I found other providers overly complex and not particularly helpful. I was more than happy to remain with the caravan and Motorhome Club insurance. The quote was competitive. Excellent service and advice.

Two years whilst in France, my son was killed in a motorcycle accident, although I had cover by another Ins; Co; because of the situation, they said I was not covered. As we had left our car / c'van & flown home , we phoned the Caravan Club, as members, for advice, they arranged for a collection agent to contact us & collect our outfit and return it to our home, for which we were very grateful. As we had cover through our bank the costs were met. The morel of this story is to insure with the 'Caravan & Motorhome Club'. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Does what it says on the tin

Although I have never had to make a claim, and hope I never will I am confident that the claims process will be as user friendly as the one that I have already had. I was in the forces and prone to moving, it was never any trouble or came with an additional cost to alter the particulars. The staff were always efficient and friendly. Easy to organise and with a great heritage.

The feeling of secrurity

We've been members for 38 years, I think that says it all. We use the CLs, Club sites occasionally, Mayday and Insurance. We know if things go wrong there are efficient, helpfull people who have the answers and ability to keep us on the road. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Simply The Best
