EXCELLENT SERVICE

We had an accident with our caravan last June. When it rolled into the Front of our Bungalow resulting with me Breaking my Wrist & Damage to Fromt of Caravan. Rang Caravan Insurance who sent an Assessor who gave the "Go Ahead to get Repaired" It took a while to find a Company to do the Job, but did so & they too were Excellent. Like being wrapped in a security blanket

Storm Desmond left his ugly stamp on our beloved "Big Bertha. Our morning was ruined by a call telling us that our awning and belongings were strewn over the site were we had a seasonal pitch. We rang the insurer and within a couple of hours the loss adjuster was with us despite the incelement weather! His report confirmed our worst fears and Big Bertha was scrapped. We had our cheque very quickly. We now have a replacement caravan of coufse still have Caravan and Motorhomes insurance. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017

A Very Comprehensive Insurance

I spent a long time researching caravan insurance, and concluded that Caravan & Motorhome Club cover was offering the best cover. Luckily, I have not needed to make a claim, however, I have every confidence that a genuine claim would be honoured without quibble. I recommend this insurance. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017

How good is your Insurance?

So you choose your insurance cover, you pay your premium, and you receive all of your documentation. All looks good, but how do you know how good it is? Well the only way, is when you need to make a claim. After 32 years of towing a caravan without incident, we had an unfortunate "brush" with a tree branch that had been partially broken by some high sided vehicle. The damage appeared relatively minor, but turned out to be very expensive. The claim was made, the caravan was assessed, and the approval for the work to proceed was given. The claim was handled very efficiently and speedily and with no "drama" at all. So I now know that the Caravan and Motorhome insurance is an excellent product, highly recommended!
