So Friendly and Helpful

The club has always been so friendly and when we had an issue with our caravan, they turned out to be so helpful ensuring that my wife and dog were safe and well. Importantly, they don't need told to be like that - it's the way they are! Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Our caravan is a rear Carlight Cdr. Mk V, the first of the last three to be produced.

Finding annual insurance is most problematic for something which other Insurance companies say is outside their scope. Meaning it's too old. Along came the Caravan and Motorhome Club, not only being realistic but enthusiastic, taking charge of our problem, as if they knew the product first hand and wanted our business! Insured our caravan with CMC for 22 years

We've insured our caravan consistently with the Caravan and Motorhome Club since it was brand new in 1995. We've had noting but pleasant, helpful service all through, beginning in the early days with Super 5C's cover which gave use the reassurance that should the worst happen within the first five years our caravan would be replace with a brand new one, and now that we are on Standard cover the service is no less efficient and helpful. Great value for money and certainly and fantastic service, we'd never insure our van with anyone else. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
