I damaged the rear end of a brand new caravan when collecting from the dealer. This was in 2000. The Caravan insurance paid out for the repair with no problem. The cost was £2850 So glad I used the Caravan insurance. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

foreign ills!

First class customer support when I became ill in Germany and was admittted to hospital. My wife was very concerned and your staff did everything in their power to help and support her at a worrying time. Peace of mind

We have insured ourcaravan with the Caravan Club for the past 20 years. This year we have taken out holiday insurance for a forthcoming holiday. We are extremely impressed at how competitive and acceptable the premiums are compared to a lot of other companies. Claims Experience.

I had a mishap with a roof-light on my caravan which had to be replaced. The Item was no longer made. I found it impossible to find a firm which would undertake the repair in time for travelling on a booked holiday involving ferry travel. The Insurance assessor was extreemly helpful. He sorted the problem out got a replacment that filled and arranged to have it fitted in time for my holiday in France. An Excellent Service. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
