Claims Experience.

I had a mishap with a roof-light on my caravan which had to be replaced. The Item was no longer made. I found it impossible to find a firm which would undertake the repair in time for travelling on a booked holiday involving ferry travel. The Insurance assessor was extreemly helpful. He sorted the problem out got a replacment that filled and arranged to have it fitted in time for my holiday in France. An Excellent Service. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Our second year of using Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance

We purchased our first family touring caravan last summer and took out Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance. We have not had to make any claim to date but have every confidence in our policy. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Straightforward Claim Procedure with Caring Staff.

Caravan lockers were broken into whilst in storage, shortly before last Christmas. When I called the Caravan & Motorhome Club insurers, Devitts, about it I was given all the information I needed. I made temporary repairs, to see us over our Christmas & New Year rallies, and then made permanent repairs after our return. When I submitted my receipts for the parts needed to effect the repairs and the cost of replacing items that had been stolen, I received a cheque in full payment by return of post. Furthermore, as I had done the repairs myself the Insurance Excess was waived. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Very efficent and helpful overseas staff

My wife had a fall in Spain and broke two bones in her shoulder which meant cutting our holiday short by two weeks. The Caravan and Motor home staff arranged for earlier ferry crossings and refunds for sites we would not be visiting which made our bad experience much more easier. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
