Use of caravan insurance

I have used the caravan insurance provided by the Caravan and Motor home Club for nearly 30 years and have always been satisfied by the service provided by the Club. During the 30 years I have had to make two claims against the insurance - both of which were dealt with swiftly and effectively by the insurance company Staff. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Easy and flexible

Excellent!

Two years ago our nearly new caravan was caught up in the middle of a hail storm. But not just any hail storm. The hail was as big as golf balls!!! You can imagine the damage to our caravan! The caravan club insurance were brilliant throughout and I would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Quick and efficient

We unfortunately lost our awning in the storm Katy in 2016 after only having it for 12 months, and the insurance acted very quickly to a replacement we have been with the company for over 25 yrs now Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

there for us when needed, instant help.

We arrived at the Calais port. Waiting to check in we were called and the car would not start. After several attempts we phoned the CC and were advised to ask to be towed on, and when we were on board phone back to let them know which ferry we were on We did this and very quickly we were on the boat. We contacted the C C again, and when we were towed of, the breakdown truck was there and took us to the garage, where the problem was dealt with immediately Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
