We arrived at the Calais port. Waiting to check in we were called and the car would not start. After several attempts we phoned the CC and were advised to ask to be towed on, and when we were on board phone back to let them know which ferry we were on We did this and very quickly we were on the boat. We contacted the C C again, and when we were towed of, the breakdown truck was there and took us to the garage, where the problem was dealt with immediately Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Good club

Good club, sites a little expensive at times but generally assured of a certain standard, which I really appreciate. I find it hard to rough camp. If there are more than two of you or you want more than a couple of nights it can get expensive especially if you compare facilities etc to equivalent European sites which are far better equipped for a far more reasonable price. Hassle free cover

Having had my. caravan seriously damaged in a hail storm repairs were authorised swiftly. Before these repairs were carried out a tree fell on the caravan in a different storm and finished it off! Think I'd offended Mother Nature somehow. The insurers cancelled the repair work and authorised a replacement caravan. Good work. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Long term protection
