Excellent Service

We had to claim after our caravan was broken into, damaged and items stolen, just before we were due to part exchange it. The insurers were brilliant, the claim dealt with swiftly and in conjunction with the PX dealers. We collected our new caravan on the original date stress free. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024

new for old cover

We have new for old cover which covers the unit for full market value whatever age and the cover is very reasonably priced. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024

Second to none for caravan cover

They have to be first choice for caravan insurance. Nothing is too much trouble and they know caravans inside out. We had a claim that we didn’t think would be covered and told them so, but they still dealt with the claim in the usual way, sending out a loss assessor who made a thorough assessment, explained exactly why it wasn’t covered (manufacturing fault on a fairly new caravan where the manufacturer had gone into liquidation). No fuss, very friendly and helful. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024

Satisfied customer.

I have made two claims. One for a damaged caravan, and secondly for a stolen caravan. On both occasions the claims were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024
