Super helpful staff!

Whether renewing or making adjustments I have nothing but praise for the very professional staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they will happily make adjustments and offer advice when you need it. I haven’t had to claim on my insurance but if that ever happens, I know the staff will be very helpful. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Excellent Service With Real Human Beings

We insured with the Caravan and Motorhome Club when we purchased our first (used) caravan. The advice and knowledge shared by the person during the telephone call was really helpful. It was a no brainer when we then bought our first brand new caravan earlier this year to stay with the Club and the switchover of the cover was seamless. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Excellent service and good communication

Always had an excellent service, no issues when I had to make a claim with a professional approach through out. Cost has risen a fair amount in recent years, but knowing you have good support when needed is worth a lot. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Caravan Insurance

I have covered my caravan for many years wth the policy. I have had to claim on it once and the claim was handled straightforwardly and efficiently as was the repair needed. The no claims discount is useful too. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023
