Good value for money

Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim. I have been dealing with the Caravan and Motorhome club at various levels since 1985. However a few years ago my caravan fridge failed, whilst on holiday in France. We were unable to make a claim, but the advice, help and concern from the staff at Red Pennant was exemplary. I will always insure my caravan and take out holiday insurance with 'The Club', as did my father before me. Thank you Caravan Club for always being there. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Had to make a claim

Unfortunately had cause to make a claim last year . The members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful making the whole experience painless . Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Very Fair Valuation for Caravan I wrote off.

Unfortunately I wrote off my caravan last year, but the Caravan Club Insurance provided a very efficient process to assess damage and subsequently compensated me with a very fair valuation for a total write off. Key to a first class insurer is how they respond when you need then. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023
