I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR 25 PLUS YEARS AND INSURED MY CARAVAN THROUGH THE CLUB WITH NO PROBLEMS. WHEN I PHONE THERE IS ALWAYS A FRIENDLY VOICE ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE WHICH IS VERY REASSURING. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Good if you are a club member

Renewal wasn't as simple as it could be, you also have to stay as a member of the club. Never claimed so cant comment on that side. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Excellent Service

Having had an accident with my van last year I called the insurers to explain I didn’t have my documents to hand when explaining my circumstances. The chap on the end of the phone was brilliant he put my mind to rest by being really calm and understanding and also very helpful.
