Brilliant cover,great customer service!

I have been using the Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance service for many years. Although I have never made a claim,the peace of mind a tailored policy gives you cannot be underestimated. The level of cover available and the reasonable price has meant I have gone with this provider despite looking at others at renewal time. Their call centre staff have been friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I had the appropriate cover to meet my needs. Thoroughly recommend them! Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

Excellent and reliable cover

We renew our caravan insurance every year with the Caravan and Motorhome Club and have done ever since we started caravanning 20 years ago. The staff are excellent to deal and and very helpful and experts in their field - why would you use anyone else?! Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

Breakdown Aix-en-Provence

Car broke down after a wonderful six weeks tour through Europe to Italy and France. Just heading north at Aix-en-Provence when disaster struck on the Saturday of a French bank holiday. The club swung into action, rescued us of the motorway. Took our caravan to a site nearby. Got a car down from the Netherlands for us to tow home to Norfolk. Trailered the car a Discover 4 (55k miles at the time) home to Landrover garage in Norwich. Couldn’t thank the Club enough at the time. In fact I was able to thank an employee personally on a CL site near Sevenoaks a little later when I found out the gentleman worked in the Club travel insurance department. As an addition to the above, that year the engine seized at 70 mph fully serviced full of oil and water cost £16.5k. And Landrover didn’t want to know!! Reviewed on: 5th October 2022
