First class service

First class service no hassle when we claimed sorted it out in no time Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

Always first class service

Although at first glance it appears expensive, the cover and service is second to none, fortunately I have not had the occasion to claim but confident that if I did the service would be as I would expect. Having previously had Red pennant whilst travelling in France and had occasion to claim the service was absolutely fantastic, problem solved efficiently at all stages with first class communication. Impressed

After a disastrous experience with another insurance company, a friend recommended the CAMC cover. I called them and they helped with advice and guidance as well as helping me chose the cover I wanted. Kind and friendly, UK based call service. Answered all my questions and I didn’t have to explain what caravan I had etc, as their knowledge was professional. I didn’t even have to spell the name of my caravan as they knew it already. Something I seemed to repeatedly. Have to do with other insurance companies that claimed to be caravan only insurers and experts! Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

Simply the Best

We are very confident that the price we pay is competitive. Always pay over the phone, the Caravan Insurance staff are always helpful, very friendly . We fee very confident that should we ever need to make a claim 9 hopefully never will have to ) that it will be dealt with professionally and quickly. . They are Simply the Best in our Opinion . Would recommend Caravan and Motorhome club Insurance to any Caravan /Motorhome owner Been a member of the Caravan club for 15 years at least and although I do check the market when our caravan insurance is due , we have never found any other company that we feel should insure our caravan Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
