When a crack appeared in my caravan front window I instigated a claim. I completed the claim form and added some photographs, and submitted the claim online with a quote from the dealer. The repair was approved almost by return. There was no quibbling or protracted dealings. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

We had our caravan stolen, the caravan and motor home insurance team dealt with this very very frustrating situation with speed and absolute efficiency, advising and supporting us to purchase a new van and equipment very quickly, would recommend then to all owners. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022
