Brilliant value & amazing service

Due to two mishaps in an 18 month period, one flood and a theft. The Caravan Club resolved the claims quickly and smoothly and we were back out and enjoying caravaning in a short space of time. Great customer service during what was a difficult and very stressful period of, everyone we dealt with was professional and amazing, giving us piece of mind, we can not thank the Caravan Club enough. helpful honest insurance

Able to help and amend and offer very reliable insurance. Staff always knowledgeable with time taken to offer correct advice; no lip service or false promises! Whenever I have needed their assistance they have always been prompt and efficient

I have been caravanning for over 40 years and had several incidents with my caravan, including damage to the floor when I had a problem with one of the wheels, a cracked window which caused water to enter an damage to the roof. Very knowledgeable and friendly crews, no matter what site we visit.

The website is very user friendly, easy to preview, book, change and cancel, if required. Staff on sites go out of their way to be warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Sites are always clean, tidy and well kept. Check in and out is painless, especially when you are running late due to external influences.
