Have always been there when they were needed

Very easy to deal with

When we purchased our caravan I rang my existing insurance company on the day of pick up. I had spoken to them previously. However they then decided they would not insure us because of the vans value. I was in a panic but one quick call to the club and everything was sorted very quickly and efficiently.
