Excellent claim service and renewal prices

My caravan was destroyed in 2019 local floods. Caravan club made the claim process easy and stress free. Processing it quickly and professionally. I also appreciate that the policy allows for only partial loss of no claims discount following a claim so still giving me a discount against a policy for my replacement caravan. Really like that the renewal prices actually reduce each year following a claim free year. Not necessarily by a large amount but really welcome that an insurance company actually acknowledges the fact that you have made no claims against the policy. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
