Best insurance

Outstanding customer service

Two years ago, I had to make a claim when some low life fired and air rifle at our caravan and caused significant damage. From the outset, the customer service reps were sympathetic, kind and understanding and went out of their way to ensure matters were rectified as soon as possible. An assessor arrived to inspect the van the next day and repairs were immediately authorised. During the repairs, there was a delay in obtaining spares from Germany. The assessor was notified and took the matter on board and within a few days, the parts had arrived with the repairer. I subsequently made a claim for transport costs to and from the repairer (600 miles) and within 48 hours received a cheque for slightly more than I had claimed due to their different method of calculating the costs. The true test of an insurer is how they react when you have to make a claim and in this respect the staff at Devitt's / CAMC couldn't have done more. When renewal time comes, I don't bother looking elsewhere because I am confident that no other supplier could match the service provided by CAMC. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022

Caravan insurance made easy

Returned to caravanning. Needed insurance and expected the usual insurance hoops to jump through but actually found the experience was made very simple and straightforward because they actually knew the business inside out. Best Price for quality insurance

Excellent Service

We have recently had damage done to our caravan by a wall falling onto it in a gale. The caravan club insurance company dealt with our claim super quick and was settled in a matter of days. Excellent First Class Service would recommend pall caravan owners. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022

Good insurance but do your homework

Always had CC insurance and very happy. Just renewed with the club but did notice my.premium had increased. I was actually insuring myself for a caravan value that they would never payout on. The helpful lady on the phone helped me and reduced.my premium according. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
